24 H Legal Defense Fund & Coalition for Progressive Legislation are initiatives of Twenty Four H Relief, Inc. a Non-Profit Organization with the goal to provide resources for underserved and underrepresented communities. Twenty Four H Relief has instituted a Legal Defense Fund to lend legal aide to protesters domestically arrested while participating in Civil Disobedient Protests for George Floyd, and Breonna Taylor, and BLM civil protest gatherings.
24 H LDF is working conjunctively with Legal Defense Funds across the country to coordinate pro bono legal representation and bails bond for protestors. The Coalition for Progressive Legislation is a organization dedicated to modernized social reforms placed into laws.
The Coalition for Progressive Legislation will host live events on our platform www.24hww.com, while simultaneously broadcasting across social media outlets to raise money to aid grassroots organizations in urban communities. Our initiative will lobby for Universal Social Reform by creating a Political Action Committee, to employ lobbyist for legislation which directly aides communities of color in urban and low income areas. Our goal is to push and lobby Congress for Protective additions to the Bill of Rights, which would force States to enforce sensible policing measures.
We have partnered with the United Way (South Eastern Louisiana Chapter), the NAACP, The Bronx Defenders, the Grass Roots Law, Organization and 100 Blacks In Law Enforcement, dedicated to the daunting tasks that people enacting their civil liberties through protest to bring awareness to the horrors of inequality of Policing Black men and women, which historically has often lead to deaths and or severe injury. Take a stand with us and the voices of civil protesters against injustice, and fight for the civil liberty of social justice and progressive legislature reform.
